SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. The option is available for $10 Standard shipping or $15 Express shipping and will be added during checkout. We provide free shipping on all orders over $70 AUD.

We aim to dispatch your orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please note that these are indicative timeframes only and we have no control over delays in the postal system, particularly given the intermittent disruptions still being caused by COVID-19.

International shipping available. Please allow 10-15 business days (not including weekends or holidays) Shipping & handling rates are based upon weight and destination. Tracking confirmation is sent by email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation please email help@eatmypeach.com.au for further assistance.
Orders cannot be combined & shipping address cannot be edited or changed once your order is placed.
We are not responsible for orders that may get lost or stolen during transit or upon delivery. Please contact Aus Post or your mail carrier immediately to locate your package or file a missing claim with them.
Got issues? (don’t we all) Contact Aus Post or your mail carrier with relevant tracking information.
For international orders, please check tracking often & contact your local carrier for more information. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country your order will be received. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, or delays, and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your local customs office for additional information. If your order is delayed, or an attempted delivery was noted, but no delivery or notice, please contact your local mail carrier immediately.

RETURNS
Eat My Peach encourages considered and mindful purchasing. We are unable to provide refunds for change of mind as we sell products of an adult and personal nature. All sales are final and we only accept returns for refund or exchange on defective, faulty, or incorrect items. Please contact us at help@eatmypeach.com.au if you feel you have extenuating circumstances and we will review a return on a case by case basis. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If there is an issue with your product, please contact us at help@eatmypeach.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or exchange and include the following details:
Your name and contact details
Order number
A thorough description of the issue
Photo or video evidence where applicable
Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will be in contact to discuss an appropriate outcome.
